I am looking to make a blog to make a little extra cents and was wondering if I could use the blog that I made on Blogger.com to put Google adsense on, or would I have to host my own website to use it? Thanks.

Yes.you can use both..blogger.com or your own host to make money with adsense.but use blogger.com has a bad effect actually.

You don’t need to have self hosted website or blog to use adsense.
You can use free blogspot blogs from Blogger.com to use adsense codes on it.
