Hi,
I want to create a blog site, and want to use that for ad sense, Is there any blog provider available. Please give any website to learn earning by google adsense

having an account with blogspot would help you get a google adsense account faster. WordPress.com doesnt allow you to use scripts in its site.

you will need to be +18 to use Adsense.
I would recomend Word press. Since it is also a little tricky to put your ads up in such a way that they seamlessly integrate with your website, I would recommend this wordpress theme: http://ow.ly/1J2Ci
It is pretty cheap and you can use it on unlimited number of wordpress blog sites if you get extended license.
Lastly check that your webhost has fantastico – as this allows simple click installing of your blog. If your webhost doens’t have fantastico, then you can usually still do but it requires messing around with MySQL databases. Usually someone has a walkthrough or something, but if you are signing up I would just go with Host Gator – they are cheap, have all the goodies and heaps of people I know go through them and have minimal issues with their blogs/webpages.
Lastly you may decide that a free webtemplate is the go – althought you will have to learn HTML to edit. Try http://www.metamorphozis.com/ – there are some great free templates here and you can download all free ones in one zip file and browse.
If you are going to have heaps of pages, it is a pain setting up all the links manually so I would just go with a blog.
