I am interested on the Google AdSense application but I don’t know how to start it. I am a blogger and I would like to earn money from the blog. Is it a risky job?

There is no risk involved with adsense. You either make money with it or you don’t. No risk with adsense itself.
Use blogger so you don’t have to spend money on a website.

Well, your first step is to head over to http://www.google.com/adsense and sign up. If you don’t already have a Google account, create one, and then enroll in Adsense.
