For a blog or forum, how much can a page owner expect to earn via Google AdSense/Amazon affiliate or other affiliate program for each page view? For average? Semi-targeted ad… like most sites

Yea the 1/10 penny sounds like the right ballpark figure, one example using better paying than adsense I cite as a 1 in a million blogger, websiteoutlook estimate perezhilton, the guy who gossips about celebs and scribbles on their photos, makes $5970 from 1,989,150 page views a day, or 0.3 cents per view.
