  1. You just convert 4% to decimal by moving the decimal point two places to the left or simply dividing it by 100. (4/100 = .04)

    = 500 * .04
    = $20.00

    Hope this helps.

  2. 500(.04)= 20

  3. .04 *500 = $20.00

  4. hi again
    i told u before too
    4%=4/100 as in 4 divided by 100
    of means multiplication
    so
    4/100*500
    4 divided by 100 multiplied by 500 so
    so 500 divide by 100=5 so in other words just cancel the 0s
    4*5=20

  5. There’s an equation to calculate that:
    500 = 100%
    y = 4 %

    y = 500 x 4/100 = 2000/100 = 20

    So that’ll be $20, I suppose.

    Hope that helps.

    By the way, x means multiply, and / means divide by.

  6. 4% of 500
    =4/100 x 500
    =4 x 5
    =20

  7. 4% of $500 is $20

  8. 500 x 4%
    = 500 x 4%
    = 500 x 4/100
    = 500 x 1/25
    = 500/25
    = 20
