I think it is a scam. Advertisers cannot pay for every click they would lose money.
From a review I read I found out that the course teach how to use PPC. And from my experience PPC is the last thing to venture for newbie. If you haven’t make money from other type of advertising don’t use PPC.

well from an online money review website i found it shows the clickbank code and a few other really great online making sites check out the video gallery review and there sites videos also might help.
