I live abroad as an expat, I am out of the States over 330 days so I qualify as a a "bona fide resident." I earn my income online with web pages using affiliate sources like ebay, amazon, and Adsense. Does that income count as "foreign earned income" on that can be excluded on the Tax form 2555?

Here’s a nitpick.
Unless you renounces your citizenship, you are *not* an expat. You are simply living and working abroad.
Yes, it does count as foreign earned income. However Form 2555 does NOT exempt you from self-employment taxes. You must attach Schedule C to figure the net profit and can then exclude that with Form 2555 but you WILL pay the self-employment tax calculated on Schedule SE.
