does this make sense to anyone? its with ebay?

So i’m buying a car, the person I’m buying the car from is at sea…she says the car is located in houston, tx…..well here let me just send what she said. I’ve never used ebay before so I dont know how this works and how trusted it is or how fair it is.

The car is located at DAS headquarters ( Dependable Auto Shippers ) in Houston, TX in a container ready to be delivered, like I told you we will use eBay Vehicle Purchase Protection, so we can both be protected and insured. I just need your full name and full address so eBay can send you the invoice in which you will see how to make this transaction. The shipping is already payed like I told you and I will send the car with all the papers ( vehicle registration, warranty papers, transfer papers etc ). You will benefit of 5 days of inspection after you receive the car. After the 5 days will pass, you will have to announce eBay if you decide to keep the car or not, in this case you can return the car with the same shipping company, the returning fees will also be payed by me.We will use a safe payment method because I am affiliated at eBay and I have a purchase protection account for ,800.00. I am just waiting your full name and address to complete the shipping papers and start the delivery process.

is this really safe? and is she saying i have to buy the purchase protection account for 6,800?? the car is a 2005 maxima..very nice car for only 4,000 with 43,000 miles on it. maybe shes only charging the car for 4,000 because I am also paying 6,800 for her purchase protection account thats for 6,800? I dont know…I’m very confused. if anyone understands any of this please respond and let me know how this is suppose to work.
