I paid for craft supply with Paypal. This was not an Ebay auction or anything affiliated. It is a crafting website out of Oregon. The item was shipped with Priority Mail and delivery confirmation but when tracking it looks the item never left the sorting facility in Oregon. I live in California – it’s been 7 days.

I have emailed USPS but wanted to find out from this forum if I can expect insurance coverage through paypal even though it was a non-Ebay item.

  1. I would go to your local post office and see what steps to take to help you locate your package. You can go to the help section of the Paypal website and see if you are covered. If you can’t find any information, you can call Paypal and get your information.
