   Hard to understand exactly what your question is.

   If you mean what is a reliable method of paying bills that is similar to PayPal there is.

   I can access my bank and credit union websites and choose their option to pay bills. It may be called "Bill Pay" or "Payment Center" or something like that – but you enter the correct data and the bank or CU will pay your bills on the date you select!

   So, take a look at your bank website and see if it has Bill Pay. By the way it is safe and free! I have been paying bills this way for years. I like it because I can schedule bill payments now that will be paid at a later date when I am out of the country or out of town. You can even shift money around between banks or credit unions too!

   Wpromote is a good affiliate program. They pay by PayPal or check once a month. $50 a sale. You will be advertising search engine marketing. They have big contracts with Google. They have affordable advertising with Google Adwords and Yahoo for a set price every month. No PPC charges and its very marketable. I make $2,000 or better a month from my blog site about Google Ads. They give you amazing flash banners and a email system to market the product. You can even advertise you banner on other sites to increase sales.
