Yes, because Infolinks are in-text advertising — which means they look nothing like Adsense.
Adsense only prohibits putting ads on the same page that mimics the look and style of Adsense that users can be confused with the ads.
Yes you can use both in the same page. You can not use Kontera and Infolinks in the same page because both are in-text ads.
