You’ll need to be old enough to legally enter into a contract if you expect to be paid.
A credit card may also be requested. A tax ID number is required if you live in the US. Income would probably be counted as either commissions or miscellaneous income. The link below should be able to answer all your questions.
I’d expect similar services such as Google’s adsense to have similar requirements.
