I have recently signed up to infolinks PPC so i get a small amount of money everytime someone clicks on a link.
My question is, how does it work? does infolinks record each IP that the click comes from?
And if i click on the link, does that click count towards my total revenue?
Thank you.

Infolinks is an in text ads service. I used it on my website for 6 months and regularly got money after each month through Payoneer MasterCard. Unfortunately, one day I couldn’t defeat my greed and clicked my own links through my own PC and I made 20 – 30 clicks I think. And, after just a couple of hours, I got email from them that my account has been disabled due to fraudulent activity recorded on it. Therefore, it proves that how extensive systems Infolinks have and they can easily track and hunt down and fraud. So, I recommend not to even think about cheating them. I think their systems are even better (or evenly matched) with Google AdSense systems; so NEVER DO IT!
You’re right, Infolinks In Text ads work on a Pay Per Click Advertising model so when website visitors click on an I ads, you get paid. Infolinks does collect the information on the clicks so they know where they came from. It’s against the TOS to click on your own link, doing so will most likely cause you to get banned so I don’t recommend it.
