Could somebody please provide some pricing models for Pay-Per-Click advertisers (minimum CPC, average CPC, CPV), or direct me to a site which has this information?

Not any of these companies make the information of minimum costs per clicks or cost per impressions of these advertisers public. You have to contact each one of them and pretend to be someone interested in advertising for them to give you the numbers you need.
